We serve nutritionally balanced menus at all schools with a strong emphasis on fruits and vegetables. All menus are developed using standards set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture and the Maine Department of Education. All grain items on the menu are rich in whole grains and fresh local produce is purchased for the program whenever feasible.
