Nutritious and Fresh ! At the heart of our school nutrition program is our commitment to serving creative meals that not only look good, they taste good. They are also nutritious and fresh every day. At the Carrollton Schools Cafe', we care about kids and love working with food. So we make sure that our people have the training to serve school kids right with healthy, delicious food that is made onsite, carefully prepared and chock full of fresh ingredients, when possible. Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We do have a variety of Ala Carte Items are offered at school. Students who ARE NOT permitted to purchase meals or snacks using their school cafeteria account must have a note sent to their School Cafeteria. All ala carte items sold by the cafeteria meet the Smart Snacks in School Nutrition Standards.
Remember! You MUST submit a new application every school year ! Last years applications is valid until your new application is processed. By law we have until September 30th to complete this process. As a reminder, you are responsible for any charges.
FREE BREAKFAST! Carrollton School’s Nutrition Services will continue to offer Free Breakfast. This means that each student, grade pre-K to 12th grade, in the district can receive a no-cost breakfast at all of our schools. This includes Carrollton Elementary and Carrollton High School/Middle School! Everyone is encouraged to take advantage of this benefit! We believe that breakfast is an important part of every child's day.
"Interactive" Cycle Menu for 2023-24 school year ! See the Nutritional Contents, Carbohydrate Counts, Allergens, & more with just a click on each menu item! Make a healthy resolution for the school year! Eating a school breakfast and lunch is delicious, nutritious, and fun. All of our grains are whole grain-rich, no foods are fried, and each day we have plenty of fresh fruits and veggies available. Try it! It just may become a healthy habit!
We still accept Payments Online for your child's meal account and also for school fees. Just use your credit, debit card, or an electronic check. You only need your students 9-digit ID number available from your school's secretary. Then go to PaySchoolsCentral.com to get started.

The same supply-chain issues that are affecting most of the country are having a profound impact on our ability to order supplies. Our staff is working very hard to provide suitable substitutions when our planned menus are not attainable.
