Linq Payment Update

The following information is for all parents/guardians who submit electronic payments for cafeteria charges through LINQ Connect.

For the first time in many years, we are making a pricing adjustment to LINQ Connect, and we sent you a notification in June regarding the change that will be effective on January 1, 2024. The adjustment will impact those who submit electronic payments through LINQ Connect.

This change will allow families to pay larger amounts while keeping the cost as low as possible for everyone. To do this, we are introducing a percentage-based fee

that will only apply to card payments over $72 – families who choose to pay by ACH or smaller amounts will only pay $1.85 or $2.85, respectively. The credit and debit card convenience fees for all payments will be 3.95% of the transaction amount with a minimum fee of $2.85 per transaction, while ACH or eCheck transactions will be a flat fee of $1.85 per transaction.

To confirm acknowledgment of this change, we will need you to sign the updated merchant agreement. It was sent to you via SignNow.

We thank you for your prompt attention and appreciate your understanding and support. If you have additional questions, please reach out to accountmanagement@linq.com.
