School Board meeting scheduled for June 5
The Shaler Area Board of School Directors has scheduled a Committee Meeting for 6:00 p.m. on June 5, 2024 in person and virtually. The public can participate in the meeting via a virtual platform or participate in person. The location of the meeting is in the Shaler Area School District Administration Office - Duss Board Room located at 1800 Mt. Royal  Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116.

Shaler Area School District plans to celebrate the Class of 2024 during the commencement ceremony on May 31, 2024.

School Board Vacancy Notice
The Shaler Area School District is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on its Board of School Directors for an unexpired term ending the first Monday in December, 2027.  Qualified candidates must reside within the voting region III.  Letters of interest and a summary of qualifications should be sent to Sherri Jaffee, Board Secretary, Shaler Area School District, 1800 Mt. Royal Boulevard, Glenshaw, PA  15116, no later than noon on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.   
Honoring Our Retirees
At the May 15, 2024 board meeting, the Shaler Area School District celebrated the careers and contributions of twenty employees who are entering retirement. These individuals have made a profound impact on the lives of the students in our district.
