Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

Students with special diets requiring accommodations in the cafeteria due to a disability or medical condition are required to submit a Medical Statement (found in Program Forms below). For more information, please call (626) 933-3900.

Students with Dairy fluid Milk Intolerance may submit a Parental Request for Fluid Milk Substitution. Please note that this form is only for fluid milk substitutions. The only approved milk alternative with this form is soy milk.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
