MenusMeals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
School Meal Prices 2023-2024
Each school offers a variety of a la carte items that students may purchase. Each cafeteria has a price list posted.
In an effort to better meet the needs in our district the Elizabeth City Pasquotank Public Schools and Board of Education voted to implement the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) at all Elementary, Middle and High Schools in our District. Every student will eat at no cost in our schools.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
